Petri Uusikylä has over 25 years experience in policy analysis, capacity building and evaluation. He is co-founder and director at Frisky & Anjoy. Prior to that he was director at Ramboll Management Consulting (2011) and the Co-founder and Senior Partner at Net Effect Ltd. (1999-2011; acquisition with Ramboll in 2011) and Senior Advisor at the Ministry of Finance, Finland (1996-1999).

Mr. Uusikylä has been a member of several professional bodies e.g. currently a member of the Board of the European Evaluation Society (Board Member 2011), Member of the Board and former Secretary General of the Finnish Section of the International Institute for Administrative Sciences and on expert in various OECD-expert groups in the field of performance management.
