Petri Uusikylä (PhD) has over 30 years experience in policy analysis, capacity building and evaluation. He is co-founder and director at Frisky & Anjoy. Additionally, he works as Research Director at School of Management (University of Vaasa). Prior to that he was director at Ramboll Management Consulting (2011) and the Co-founder and Senior Partner at Net Effect Ltd. (1999-2011; acquisition with Ramboll in 2011) and Senior Advisor at the Ministry of Finance, Finland (1996-1999).

Dr. Uusikylä has been a member of several professional bodies e.g. currently a member of the Board of the European Evaluation Society (Board Member 2011), Member of the Board of the Finnish Section of the International Institute for Administrative Sciences and on expert in various OECD-expert groups in the field of performance management.

He has also been government adviser on public policy, EU-policy making and performance management for several EU Member States and OECD-countries. Has been EU´s Twinning adviser in Latvia (technical adviser), Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, and Georgia. He specializes in public policy evaluations, policy analysis and government innovations. He has facilitated more than 250 strategy and policy design workshops, working groups and innovation labs and and more than 150 publications in these fields.
